Heating
Heating installations for domestic and commercial hot water and process requirements, coordinated with the gas supply where the heat source is LPG.
EXCELLO!!! Always Making The Difference…
HVAC and M.E.P.
Gas, kitchen and safety installations rarely stand alone. Ventilation, air conditioning, power and water are part of the same job, so we deliver them as part of our engineering scope rather than leaving them to another contractor.

HVAC and M.E.P. sits alongside our gas and safety work. On a hotel kitchen, for example, the extraction, the makeup air, the power to the safety devices and the water to the wash area are all part of getting the kitchen into service.
We handle heating, ventilation, air conditioning, mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation for residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Scope and design are set per project with the client and the project team, based on what the building actually needs.
Where the works fall outside our capability we say so rather than take them on. Our focus stays on the systems we install and maintain.
Disciplines
Heating installations for domestic and commercial hot water and process requirements, coordinated with the gas supply where the heat source is LPG.
Ventilation and extraction for kitchens, plant rooms and enclosed spaces, including the ductwork routes and their coordination with the structure.
Supply and installation of air conditioning for offices, hospitality and residential buildings, including pipework, drainage and electrical connection.
Mechanical installation work covering pipework, pumps, plant connection and the supports and fixings that hold it all in place.
Electrical installation for the systems we install, including containment, power to plant and the control connections safety devices depend on.
Water supply and drainage installation, particularly where it runs alongside kitchen, gas or mechanical works.
Why it belongs together
Kitchen extraction, gas piping, water and power usually meet in the same ceiling void. Delivering them together removes the clashes that appear when each trade works alone.
When ventilation and electrical work are part of our scope, there is no argument about which contractor is responsible for a system that does not perform.
M.E.P. work has to happen before finishes. We plan our installation around the construction programme rather than after it.
