Gas inventory
Tank and cylinder levels are reported continuously, so refills are scheduled against actual stock instead of a guess or a routine visit.
EXCELLO!!! Always Making The Difference…
Telemetry and Smart Monitoring
Telemetry replaces manual checks with continuous readings. Inventory, consumption, temperature and gas detection are reported from the site to one interface, so decisions are made from data rather than from assumption.
A sensor is fitted to the tank or the line. It reports level, flow or condition to a platform on a regular cycle. That platform presents the current value, the trend and any alert condition for every site you operate.
For a hotel or a restaurant group this answers a practical question: how much gas is left, and when does the next delivery need to happen. For an industrial user it also answers where consumption is going and whether it has changed.
Existing equipment does not have to be replaced. The Excello Link is how we bring operational sensors already installed on a site into the Excello telemetry network, so monitoring is added to what is there rather than built again from the beginning.

What we monitor
Tank and cylinder levels are reported continuously, so refills are scheduled against actual stock instead of a guess or a routine visit.
Usage is recorded over time, which shows where gas is going across a site or between branches and where a change in pattern needs explaining.
Ambient and equipment temperature can be monitored where it affects the installation or the product being stored.
Detectors feed into the same interface, so a leak indication is visible to whoever is monitoring rather than only local to the panel.
Thresholds are agreed with the client. Low inventory, abnormal consumption or a detection event notifies the people responsible.
The interface shows which monitored points are reporting, so a sensor that has stopped communicating is noticed quickly.
How it works
Monitoring is only useful if it ends in a decision. The chain is designed to reach one.
Level, flow, temperature and gas detection sensors are installed at the points that matter on the site.
Readings are sent from the site to the monitoring platform, so no one has to be present to take a measurement.
The dashboard presents current values and trends per site, with history for comparison over time.
Alerts trigger a defined response: a refill, a maintenance visit or an investigation of a detection event.
Why clients ask for it
Multi site operators are the clearest case. Knowing stock across every branch means deliveries are planned rather than emergency ordered.
Consumption and status data show which installations need attention, which makes a maintenance schedule easier to justify and follow.
A detection event or an abnormal reading reaches the responsible person immediately instead of waiting for the next site visit.
Prepaid metering for gas, water and electricity allows consumption to be measured and recovered per unit where a development requires it.
